  • By ordering a painting, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
  • By placing an order with Jenny Inzerillo, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled responsibly. I paint creepy, but I'm not a creep.
  • Events outside my control, like earthquakes that swallow the post office where your painting was awaiting shipment, shall be considered force majeure.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
  • Check or money order only. I still have a flip phone.  

 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Cookies

This website makes me use cookies (even though I hate them), according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. Return policy

No returns on custom work. If I do a custom painting for you, it's yours. Life is all about risk. That's what makes it fun. But don't worry: I have good taste and won't mail anything unless I like it and think you'll like it. (But If you hate it, we're going to have to have a really dark conversation because painting takes a really long time, and there's no market for a picture of your kid or your dog or your childhood home beyond you.) 

If it's something I already painted and you order it and you hate it, fine. I'll take it back. But I'm not covering shipping. That's on you. Because maybe you shouldn't buy art if you're so dumb you can't figure out you don't like it before you look at it and like it enough to buy it.
